Delete your Bhejly account

From the app

Open Bhejly → Profile tab → Delete my account, then confirm. Deletion happens immediately; no email or waiting period is involved.

Without the app

Email support@bhejly.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We action these within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account and your email address.
Every file you uploaded, and every link to them — shared links stop working immediately, including for people you already sent them to.
Your folders, and your view and watch-time statistics.
Any device notification tokens.

What is kept, and why

Records of payouts already made or committed to you are kept as a financial record. They are keyed to an account identifier that, once your account is deleted, no longer corresponds to a person — your email address and name are gone.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Signing up again later creates a new, empty account.
